zamarYah, formerly known as Artis King, is a musical artist from Greensboro, NC, originally from Morehead City, NC. His involvement with music began at the age of six when he sang in the youth ministry church choir. What started as a casual activity soon turned into a realization that music and singing were not only a passion and gift from the Most High but also part of his purpose.

At the age of 15, while a freshman in high school, zamarYah wrote his first song, titled “Dreams,” just for fun. The song became popular among his peers, motivating him to pursue music more seriously during his college years. Initially, with a passion for love and people, zamarYah started out as an R&B artist, releasing five singles, an EP, and featuring on two released and published records.

However, his R&B career was cut short when he discovered the truth about his true identity as a Hebrew Israelite, learning that the Bible was a historical account of his ancestors. Fueled by this revelation, zamarYah embarked on a new journey to use his musical gift to inspire and awaken the lost sheep of Israel. He seeks to make his music a source of healing for his people and, most importantly, to magnify the Name of his Heavenly Father, Yahawah, above all. His ultimate goal is for Yahawah to be glorified through his music.
